Changes & relocating
Most residents who are like 8 months or a year in SL have noticed it: less sims to visit in the last couple of months. There are a lot of island owners not willing or able to pay for their islands so they sell them or abandon them. Selling is difficult because of the market situation (more offers then demand). And i do feel the rumours of tier raising are killing- and i am not talking about the tier raise of the Open Space islands per January and July.
For the owners of Java islands is the same question, we have to decide if we still want to pay. For now we decided to continue but we are going to relocate and change the use of 1 island; Cold Steel. This will effect Java Island III as well. In the next couple of days we will have to close the 2 islands in order to get the work done quickly. To be continued
