YAY the old tree house is down and the new one is up! This is the first model of Wellman Prefabs tree house.
Greg is working on the final version and the scripts, so the tree house will be completed with a house control system. But i do not need that at Java Island since the house is open for all. BTW the door is phantom, so you can walk right through it 
I hope you like it! Original textures, several small spots, wood, 2 pools, fireplace and more. I also added my latest dessert…it is in the tree house’s living and ready for you to eat
