Spending money @ Bay City
As i told you before i think SL is going to be ‘well’ again and therefore we decided to participate in SL’s project Bay City. Have you even been to Bay City? Well take a look at my previous posts, there’s one about Bay City and some pics. It is a great idea to have a project like this in SL. So when land auctions started we decided to empty our saving box and shaked the moneytree like a mad man 
Man… this was shocking.. we didn’t have enough L$ to buy the prime spots! L$ 250.000 was paid for a 1024m2 piece of prime and fine piece of virtual land Darn… disappointed yes, but we kept on going and guess what.. YES, we bought land! I must say.. it is a great looking project. You have it all, a bowling centre, cafe, hospital, harbour, trolley, great infrastructure. It is very well build and if all the landowners build in the same style it will be the best piece of mainland in SL. Unfortunately you see some really ugly buildings already 
We are planning to buy some more as an investment. That is if the prices aren’t raising too much!

It’s a great location, near the road and water. There’s a ferry that takes you around the city. We used the Bay City house and modified it to our needs.
