Welcome to Wellman Prefab builds
Since 2008 I build homes, shops, castles, boats and shades. I also build objects on Java Island and Java Oriental Island. If you want to see my builds in world please use this SLURL to TP directly to my rezzing platform. You will see my builds are delicate and elegant. Created with care and love for detail. I prefer using the avatar as standard for the sizes of my builds in order to get a realistic build. I use high quality textures from various designers. Some of my buildings have textures and furniture which is custom made and cannot be found anywhere else in SL.
All my builds are sold copy and modifiable. If you wish, you can stretch or shrink the build to your wishes. My new houses are build and sold including a full working low lag state of the art house control system. For your convenience you can find the instructions on this page. House Control System
This is a brief description of how to use the housing system. If you have any question about this system, please do not hesitate to contact me, Gregory Wellman. The housecontrol system used in the build is an easy menu driven control system. Each room has it’s own controler that controls the items in that room. The main controller controls the security system, teleporter and all items in the rest of the house.
By default only the owner of the house can control the menu. You can change this by editing the notecard Menu in the Housecontrol. The following part in the notecard controls the access to the menu:

The security system by default is off. If you turn the system on, all avatars within 10 meters of your house will get a warning that they are not welcome here. If you own the land, the security system will also eject them after 10 seconds. If the land is deeded to a group, you will need to rez the ejector prim that you also find in the package. Just rez the ejector prim within 10 meters of the main controler and deed it to the group that own the land.
In the security menu you can also add people to the white list, so the security system will not warn them, you can also remove them again.
Instructions on how to rez a structure from the Wellman Prefabs Rezzer
1. Position the box on your land at a height where all objects can rez above ground and within the boundaries of your property.
2. Rotate the box in a way that the structure will rez facing what is for you the right way. The build will rez behind and to both sides of the Rezzer (see from the front of the Rezzer)
3. Click the Rezzer and let the structure Rez from the menu.
4. Move and rotate the box in small steps to get the structure to its desired position. As you move the box along, the structure will follow.
* If you’re not happy with the result and want to start over then select “Delete”, as it will remove the structure, !! This is only applies to copyable structures !!
5. Once the structure is at its position left click the box and select “Done”.
Tips

Wellman Prefabs tried to put the box somewhere around the center of the complete structure, make sure you have enough space on your land to rez the structure. Objects can fail to rez when put outside the property, and will fail to rez when put outside the world or underground.
In heavy lag environments, pieces of the structure can stop listening, in which case you best remove the structure and start from scratch. Under certain rotations pieces may dis-align, try rotating a bit further.
